Documents REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RELIGIOUS WEDDING
1.-Baptism certificate of the bride and groom
3.-First communion certificate
4.-Attend the wedding with two witnesses for the bride and two for the groom, witnesses shall be older than the marrying couple and not members of their family.
5.-Godfathers should be religiously married and submit their corresponding documentation.
6.-The marriage application shall be submitted at least one month in advance of the wedding
Note: Couples pertaining to other parish or from other archdiocese within the Mexican Republic or abroad, shall submit the corresponding permit from their parish or chancellery one month in advance of the wedding.
Please inform the parish about the church’s corresponding ornamentation
The chorus will be the responsibility of the marrying couple. A fee will be charged for the filming of the event, in case of use of Mexican or foreign electric energy.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CIVIL WEDDING
1.-Birth certificate for the marrying couple

5.-FMT Form (when applying)
Note: Documents must be submitted 8 days in advance of setting the date and time of the event.
Others Rooms with air conditioning, ceiling fan, bathroom with tub and marble floor, cable TV, telephone, minibar and safe (no charge)
Tennis court, two outdoor pools, jacuzzi, room service 24 hrs., massage center, wireless Internet service throughout the hotel
With all our wedding plans you and your guests staying with us will obtain the following special fees:
Deluxe room: USD$ 114.00 + 19% taxes, per room, per night for double, or single room, does not include meals
Deluxe room with swimming pool: USD $ 137.00 + 19% taxes, per room, per night for double, or single room, does not include meals
-** The maximum service time for corking, food and beverages included in the plan is 23:00 hrs.
-In order to avoid disturbing our guests tranquility, music is allowed only until 23:00 hrs
-In order to carry out the event, 50% of guests must be accommodated for two nights within our premises
-These plans do not apply during holydays
All food and beverages included for your event within our premises, must be supplied by the hotel according to the quoted prices.
Also, please be aware that the time limit for all events to take place in any open common areas (beach, garden or restaurants)will be 23:00 hrs., with no exception, this is to avoid disturbing the tranquility of all our guests. Such you obtain authorization to extend the time limit for your event, there will be an extra charge of USD$18.00 for a two hour period per each waiter.
In case the client should hire fireworks, this activity will take place according to schedule and place implemented by the hotel. The hotel will not be held responsible for any incident or damage caused by the use of fireworks.
The hotel may not hire third party services on behalf of the client, nor will it be responsible for the costs and contracts related thereto.
