Documents
The bride and groom must be in Mexico three working days prior to the wedding ceremony (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays do not count). If bringing witnesses they must be in Mexico 4 days prior to the ceremony.

Legal Requirements:

Upon arrival you must submit a legal passport for the bride, groom and witnesses; driver’s license; legal form fill out with information previously sent by guests must be checked and signed, signatures are mandatory
Bride, groom and four witnesses must provide names, addresses, age, nationality, occupation, professional information, FMT Tourist card and a Marriage Agreement (bride and groom only)
Blood test must be taken in Mexico
