We know at the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa that is really important to make your dreams come true. We know that your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life.

With our new technology we have created a system that can transmit your wedding celebrated from our most beautiful terrace with an ocean view of the Mexican Caribbean Sea.

Documents
Useful information and documentary requirements so that you can plan your wedding on the Riviera Maya with ease.

   • Passport and Birth certificate (they must have the same information) of the bride, groom and 4 witnesses.
   • Tourist visa (it is obtained in the airport on your arrival to Mexico and it will have to contain the same names that appear in the respective passports).
   • Medical examination made in the hotel's medical centre one day after your arrival (with additional charge)

Note:
* If the Bride is divorced in Canada and her passport shows her ex-husband's surname, she needs to bring a separate and Original Birth Certificate, certified by the Mexican Consulate and translated into Spanish; also the certification and her Tourist Visa Card must be completed according to the Birth Certificate.

* If the Bride is divorced in the United States or United Kingdom and her passport shows her ex husband's surname, she needs to bring a separate and Original Birth Certificate certified through an APOSTILLE SEAL by the Secretary of State and translated into Spanish, in addition to the Apostille and her Tourist Visa Card which MUST be completed according to the Birth Certificate.

Policies

Due to the large number of weddings performed in the hotel, we would kindly ask you to request your weddings date as far as possible in advance.
We will require your written request at least 6 weeks before your arrival, which may be sent either by email or fax, to include the following information:
   • Full names of the bridal couple
   • Arrival/departure date
   • Date and time of the wedding (it will be dependent on availability of the judge)
   • Approximate number of wedding guests
   • Wedding or Renewal of vows package
