General Information
Each wedding at our romantic Maui wedding hotel is treated as a one-of-a-kind event and includes:

   • A professional event manager who will work with you throughout the process, from planning and arranging a marriage license appointment through the final moments of your wedding day
   • A tempting array of food and beverage, from hors d’oeuvres to dessert, from soft drinks to champagne
   • Your choice of venues, including indoor and outdoor sites for both ceremony and reception
   • Wedding rehearsal, to ensure everything meets your wishes
   • Special accommodation rates in our spacious guestrooms, to welcome friends and family
   • Extensive onsite and offsite activities, for you and your guests to enjoy

Documents
A. Proof of age is required - by Hawaii state law, you must be at least 18 years of age. Photo ID is required. Blood tests are not required by the State of Hawaii. Our wedding specialist will be happy to assist in setting up your wedding license appointment; as well as provide the necessary application forms and directions for your scheduled appointment.
License Fee: $ 65.00 Cash

Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
Most of our indoor and outdoor locations can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.

Dance Floor and Risers
Risers are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications; both indoors and outdoors. Dance floors are for indoor use only.

Ceremony Site
Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa can create your ceremony site to suit your needs, set in round or theater style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style. We also offer our lovely Wedding Gazebo for more intimate ceremonies with up to 10 guests.

Ice Sculptures
Our team of outside vendors can create an ice sculpture to match your theme, from simple to the most elaborate ideas.

Food & Beverage
Wedding Cake
Our pastry chef can design your perfect wedding cake. Choose from a variety of designs, styles and flavors.
