The translation into Spanish of the Divorce papers (In case of divorce clients) and birth certificates, done by an Proficient translator authorized by the H. Superior Justice Court. Translations into Spanish can be done in Cancun, that take one day and the cost is approximately $ 20 USD per translated page.
Pre-nuptial blood test (screened for HIV, contagious diseases and relevant blood group).
Four witnesses with their passports and tourist cards.
Groom and Bride must arrive 3 business days (from Monday to Friday) before the wedding ceremony to go through all the paper work formalities.
Witnesses and Bride & Groom documentation must be given together the day of the meeting with the wedding coordinator.
IMPORTANT: You will have to bring originals of all required documents (will be given back). Certified copies will not be given back by the legal offices.
